Author(s): Paddy & Sue Dillon

NZ Non Fiction | Birds

A pair of thrushes made a nest and raised four fledglings in a fruit salad plant at the end of our verandah. Paddy shot a series of photographs and Sue wrote the story. Children will love to see the progression in nature, of the making of a nest, to the exit of a fledgling.

Product Information

I live on a small farm with my wife Sue, just south of Christchurch, New Zealand. I was a professional sports photographer for fifteen years and still enjoy taking the odd photograph of nature and natural history and grand children. Sue keeps on writing words so I keep taking shots. We seem to see things through the same eye.
